Book Club

Last Thursday our monthly book club met with a great turn out and lots of insight! The new title has been announced, Embrace Me by Lisa Samson. The book is available here at The Lighthouse at a 10% discount. You'll need to read the book BEFORE the bookclub meets next, so stop in today and ask for Embrace Me.

Christianfictionreview.com rated Embrace Me as their Best of 2008, stating, "As is usual with her books, Samson challenges us to live out our faith in ways that "traditional Christianity" may not often imagine. There's more to the Christian life than going to church and listening to the preacher. Powerfully moving, Embrace Me is a beautiful story of redemption and becoming the Body of Christ. Highly Recommended."
